Cox HealthPlans has partnered with Companion Life to provide a full array of ancillary products on a voluntary or employer-contribution basis.
Companion Life offers full online administration for Group Administrators through their My Benefits Companion link.
Obtain new online access account:
Select "Group Administrators" under the "Log In or Register for Online Services" section
Select "request an access code"
Active account users:
Select "Group Administrators" under the "Log In or Register For Online Services Section"
Enter "User Name" and “Password” at the top of the page.
Forms and supplies may also be downloaded or ordered:
Select "Brochures, Rates, and Forms" under the "Get Information About..." section
Forms are arranged by the size of your group (Small – 2-9 eligible employees at time of issuance; Large – 10+ eligible; or Voluntary) and type of plan (dental, life, vision, short or long term disability).
