eCompass Reports
Cox HealthPlans is pleased to provide you 24 hour / 7-day a week access to your organization's health care reporting. eCompass group reporting is available to employer groups of all sizes offering information on your health plan's performance to assist you in managing your health care costs . The reporting tool includes information on demographic changes within your organization, overall health care expenses including in-patient, out-patient, and professional services, and pharmacy utilization for the previous 12 month claims period.
First time users may access their reports by using the pre-defined user name: your six digit group number followed by the letters "chp". The initial password will default to match your user name; your first log-in will require you to create your own unique password for future access to the reporting tool. After sign-on, select eCompass Reports - Current - Executive Summary to access your organization's information.
eCompass reports are updated monthly and are available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week for your review. Please contact your agent of record or Cox HealthPlans Client Service department at (417) 269-2825 for any questions or assistance.
