Advance Care Planning Workshop

If a sudden illness or injury left you unable to speak for yourself, who would you want to speak for you? Join CoxHealth Center for Health Improvement Staff for a conversation about advance care planning that will help you to reflect on your values, choose a health care agent, take the first steps toward completing your advance directive and make your wishes known.

Classes held:

• Tuesday, March 19, 5:00-6:00 p.m., at Cox Monett Conference Room A1
• Monday, April 1, 1:00-2:00 p.m., at CoxHealth Surgery Center, Classroom A.
