Member Services
We are here to help you make the most of your health insurance plan. You can always call us with any questions or concerns you might have, and when you do, you will always talk to a live customer service representative. Or, you can login to your account, anytime, to review your current plan.
To answer any question you might have, our member service representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at (417) 269-2900 or toll free at (800) 205-7665. To help process any question or concern you might have, it’s important for you to have these items handy:
- Identification Number on the ID card
- Name of Doctor, Hospital or Provider
- Date(s) of service
- Claim Number (if known)
Note: You will only be able to obtain information on a dependent if you are the parent of the child and you are also a covered member on their plan. A signed HIPAA release form will guarantee that you have access to the information you need on family members.
