CoxHealth offers Virtual Visits on Demand for patients to receive care through a confidential video chat for common conditions and symptoms like the flu, sinus congestion, cough, and more. This is a convenient option for people to receive care right away without leaving home.

The CoxHealth website outlines easy-to-follow instructions to help you set up your visit. Once your visit is started, you will wait in a virtual queue for the next available provider to see you.

Virtual Visits on Demand are available to patients 2 years and older. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Primary & Specialty Care:

Virtual visits can also be used to see your primary care doctor, get established with a new doctor, or see a specialist. Services offered through these visits can include chronic disease management, mental health help, pediatric wellness exams, and more.

Primary and specialty care virtual visits are available to patients of all ages. Virtual appointments are made during each clinic’s regular business hours, so check with your provider’s clinic for their hours of operation.
