Free Smoking Cessation Classes Held in North and South Springfield

Community members are invited to free monthly classes to help them stop smoking.

The classes are held on the second Wednesday of each month (at 1 p.m. at Family Medical Care Center) and the third Monday of the month (at 5:30 p.m. at the Center for Health Improvement). They cover the basics of making a plan to quit, and include CO level screens and other helpful resources. 

Registration is requested, and may be done by calling 417-269-3929 (Family Medical Care Center) or 417-269-3900 (Center for Health Improvement).
