Here you can find member information regarding:

- Links to access your Member Portal
- A secure Chat Function with a live representative during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Central Standard Time)

Your Member Portal
Once registered as a member, you will have the ability to:
- Order new ID cards
- Access your Plan Document or COC (Certificate of Coverage)
- View claims information and benefit accumulators
- Take your annual Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire
- Access your Schedule of Benefits
- Send and receive secure web portal questions to your providers of care (usually answered same day if received by 4pm, if not the next business day)
