CoxHealth Fitness Centers - Holiday Ride

Join us Saturday, Dec. 29, 10-11:30 a.m. for CoxHealth Fitness Centers Holiday Ride! Ninety minutes of calorie burning workouts will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the New Year!

Cost: members and CoxHealth employees - $15/Keiser Bike, $20; non-members: $25.

 

CoxHealth Fitness Centers - Restorative Yoga Workshop

De-stress from all the holiday cheer with a Restorative Yoga Workshop. You will experience yoga postures that will help you relax and unwind. Blankets, blocks and other props will be used for support during poses. Please bring a small blanket, a mat and a pillow or two for added comfort. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Thursday, Dec. 27, 5:30-7 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 29, 10-11:30 a.m.

The Meyer Fitness Center, Conference Room A and B, $15 members and CoxHealth employees; $25 non-members.
